Nha Trang luxury tourism is on the verge of a boom Luxury Travel opens NhaTrang office to tap into tourism boom
Luxury Travel will tomorrow open an office in Nha Trang, in anticipation of an influx of holidaymakers to the coastal city in Vietnam.
Luxury Travel Ltd (www.luxurytravelvietnam.com) will open a new office in Nha Trang on August 15, in anticipation of an influx of luxury holidaymakers to the coastal city ofNha Trang. NhaTrang is seeing a positive development in its tourism infrastructure and a growing array of attractions, such as the Vinpearl Golf Club, upmarket international-chain hotels and luxurious resorts.
According to Luxury Travel Ltd, more and more holidaymakers are choosing Nha Trang as their holiday destination over Bali or Phuket, with it being voted as having one of the world’s 29 most beautiful bays.
The coastal city of Nha Trang, in Khanh Hoa Province in Central Vietnam, lies on the trans-Vietnam highway, 1,278km from Hanoi and 448km from Ho Chi Minh City and is a gateway to the former French retreat of Dalat, in the Central Highlands, just 2 hours away by car. The city can be reached from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City by air to Cam Ranh airport, 30km from town, or by train from Danang or Ho Chi Minh City.
Khanh Hoa Province has three famous bays: Nha Trang Bay is a premier beach resort with a long sandy beach and many bars, restaurants and dive shops along Tran Phu Boulevard, with many offshore islands ideal for snorkeling and diving; Van Phong has a long white-sand beach and lagoons and a deep seaport for industry; and Cam Ranh is an off-limits naval base.
For many years NhaTrang has been a popular holiday destination for Vietnamese and international travelers, with its 7km of white-sand beach overlooking the bay, perfect for swimming in its quiet, calm waters and taking day trips out to the islands.
Nha Trang experiences sun year round, with an average temperature of 23°C due to mild northern winds. The rainfall is less than anywhere else in the country and the area is rarely threatened by storms as it is protected by the Truong Son Mountains and Ca Pass.
Pham Ha, Founder and CEO of Luxury Travel (www.luxurytravelvietnam.com), said: “Luxury tourism in Nha Trang is going to boom. Our business (in Nha Trang) has increased by 60 per cent for domestic tourism and 25 per cent for international travelers, and much of that has to do with the modern airport terminal and improving domestic and international air links to the central coast of Vietnam.”
“We have just won several new accounts and will open our new Nha Trang office to meet the increased demand.”
With Cam Ranh International Airport, more direct flights and the completion of many new luxury resorts, including the Intercontinental, Best Western Premier, and Amanoi, Nha Trang is ready to welcome the increase in high-end holidaymakers.
“Currently, there are very few tour companies in Vietnam who have their own offices in Nha Trang, many just sub-contracting to local tour operators,” Mr Pham Ha said.
“We have revamped our website, www.luxurytravelvietnam.com in English, Spanish, French and German, appointed a tourism veteran Dao Duc Minh Thong as an office manager and launched a new concierge hotline phone number (+84.1633339799) so our customers can call us around the clock for any assistance while holidaying in Central Coast Vietnam or touring in the Central Highlands.”
Mr Pham Ha said he was extremely excited and proud to be the very first company to open their own office in Central Vietnam. The company now has offices throughout Vietnam, in Danang and Ho Chi Minh City with its head office in Hanoi, providing comprehensive, personalized and “wow” services to their most sophisticated travelers.
At the launch of the Nha Trang office, Luxury Travel and its Huong Hai Ha Long partner will kick off a joint-venture project introducing the first luxury overnight 5-star Emperor Cruises programme (www.emperorcruises.com) in Nha Trang Bay and Pham Ha expects the boat to receive its first guests on board in August 2015.
Luxury Travel’s new Nha Trang office will be located at 2 Le Hong Phong Street, just a few steps from NhaTrang railway station.
